Operational Management Team

Sandra is responsible for developing, managing and implementing the Grampian Group communications strategy.  This supports the delivery of targeted and consistent messages to internal and external stakeholders raising the Association’s profile and enhancing and maintaining its reputation.  She manages the Grampian Group governance structure including overseeing the planning of Board and Committee work and ensuring governance compliance with related codes of practice, regulations and legislation.

Sandra is a member of the CIPR.
