A Tenant Health & Safety Guide has been developed to raise awareness of household hazards to help tenants reduce the risk of accidents, incidents and injury whilst maintaining a safe home. This ensures our tenants have the necessary information to maintain a safer home environment for their families and friends/visitors.
The safety information has been developed by our Health and Safety Officer and Grampian’s health and safety work group who represent the whole organisation.
