Pay Your Rent

Portal

We highly recommend signing up to Grampian Housing's customer portal, which you can do here.  This is the quickest and easiest way to make payment, check balances and manage your account.  In case of difficulties registering on our portal please contact our Customer Response Unit on 01224 202900.

Direct Debit

Direct Debits can be set up for your monthly charge and to repay any arrears your balance may have.  A direct debit can be set up over the phone or by completing a direct debit form.  Payments can be weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly or monthly.

Allpay/Callpay

Payments cam be made with an Allpay card at Paypoint outlets, the Post Office, by telephoning 01224 202900 or via the internet using the Allpay app.

Standing Order/Bank Transfer

A weekly, fortnightly or monthly amount paid direct from your bank account, under an instruction that you control.  Grampian Housing's bank details can be found here.  You must quote your tenancy reference number when using this payment method.

REMEMBER YOUR RENT IS PAYABLE IN ADVANCE AS PER YOUR TENANCY AGREEMENT.  IF FULL PAYMENT IS NOT MADE ON THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH, PLEASE DISCUSS YOUR CHOSEN PAYMENT DATE(S) WITH YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD OFFICER TO AVOID FUTURE DEBT.
