Willie Sinclair - Senior Area Technical Officer (Repairs and Voids)

Willie leads the team of Area Technical Officers. He has operational management responsibility for the Association’s day-to-day responsive repairs and voids service. Willie works closely with colleagues in the Development, Planned Maintenance, TLC and Housing Services Teams to ensure a “one team” approach to the delivery of asset management services.

Since joining the Association in 2012, Willie held various roles in asset management and housing before being promoted to his current role in May 2024.
