Operational Management Team

Victoria provides leadership to frontline colleagues by undertaking the delivery of coaching, mentoring, development and training services, quality control and improvement to develop frontline colleagues’ capacity and confidence to self-manage. Victoria also provides project co-ordination and support for service redesign and improvement.

Victoria joined the Association in 2014 and held various positions in Business Development before being promoted to her current position in January 2022.

Victoria is a CIH member.
