Operational Management Team

Neil leads the team of Income Recovery Officers.  He is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Association's income management performance across all tenures and also holds responsibility for managing high level debt cases.  Neil also coaches and mentors colleagues as a debt recovery escalation specialist.

Neil has worked in the area of income recovery and arrears since joining the Association in 1999.  He was promoted to his current position in September 2023.

Neil is a CIH member.
