Marc Ellis - Customer Services Co-ordinator

Marc leads the Customer Response Unit (CRU). As the first point of contact for enquiries and requests from tenants he helps the Association to deliver positive outcomes for customers as well as ensuring excellent customer service with a strong customer first ethos. 

Marc was promoted to his current role in 2023 having worked in the CRU since joining the Association in 2018.

Marc is a CIH Certified Practitioner.
