Operational Management Team

Alison’s role is to provide business support and leadership to the Grampian Group’s commercial services (sales & leasing/alternative tenure services/factoring services/new commercial opportunities) ensuring that colleagues are supported to achieve income targets to support the achievement of the Group's primary charitable purpose.

Alison has over 10 years’ experience with Grampian having joined the Association as Senior Sales and Leasing Co-ordinator prior to taking on responsibility for commercial services which culminated in the appointment to her current role in March 2022.

Alison holds qualifications in Letting & Managing Residential Properties, Paralegal in Residential Conveyancing & The Property Institute’s Fundamentals of Factoring and is a CIH member.
