Alison Findlater - Senior Area Technical Officer (Planned Maintenance)

Alison leads the Compliance Team providing technical advice, support and services across the Association.  She is responsible for managing the delivery of the one and five year planned maintenance and cyclical programmes of work.  She also approves the technical and performance specifications for components used in our upgrade and maintenance programmes.

Alison has over 30 years' experience working with the Association in customer service and asset management.  She was promoted to her current role in May 2024.
