At Grampian Housing Association we are committed to providing excellent service delivery to all our customers.
We want you to be happy and satisfied with all the services you receive as a Grampian Housing Association customer. Our aim is to provide standards of customer service that exceed your expectations.
We also make sure that our services meet the standards and outcomes detailed in the Scottish Social Housing Charter.
In July 2023 we launched The Grampian Deal, our new customer experience initiative.
Through the four key themes of Communication, Customer Service, Contractors and Communities, The Grampian Deal is a programme of customer service excellence and continuous improvement in the way we respond to our customers.
