Tigan has worked in the public sector for 14 years in a variety of information, governance and regulatory compliance roles. Currently Head of Digital Transformation at Food Standards Scotland, Tigan’s areas of expertise include information security, data protection, project management and knowledge and information management.
Tigan holds a Master of Science Degree in International Trade from Robert Gordon University where he also completed his PhD.
His interests include sustainable development and empowering vulnerable people to live well in their local communities.
